This is my last weekend before my school semester begins, and since I really have no other break from school in the year, we decided to plan a last minute mini trip. Houston here we come. We leave Saturday and come home on Monday. Were staying at this really cool new hotel called A loft and it looks beastly if I must say so myself. It's located in the Galleria area and the price is decent. 100 bucks a night pretty nice right?? BUT! we can do better. LOL! Priceline.com has this thing called "Best Deal: Name Your Own Price" and that's just what we did. It's a chance of getting a hotel of however many stars you decide (in our case three) and then you name a price. I named $40.00. =) It was accepted, and guess where we're staying!? At the a loft hotel for more than 50% off the hotel list price. So we're staying here for two nights at the price of one. Pixi, my dog is coming also. There is no fee for pets, and the hotel even offers pet beds, bowl, and treat; all compliments of the hotel. They even offer "special" parking for those driving Hybrids. This will be cool. If anyone has more information on this hotel I'd love it. More money for shopping!!Here are some pictures of the inside.
